Warehouse relocations don't run on a published rate card — the job is set by pallet volume and racking configuration (single bay versus multi-bay versus full distribution centre), forklift and materials-handling requirements, dock access at both sites (booking windows, floor-load ratings, ceiling height), and timing — standard hours versus after-hours or weekend loading to protect despatch continuity.

One exception to the no-rate-card approach: pallet jack and electric pallet jack hire is a confirmed flat add-on of $49 per job, separate from your base quote. Tail-lift trucks, extra crew and after-hours loading are factored into your custom quote instead, since every site and stock profile is different.

Pallet Racking De-Fit & Re-Fit

Racking is de-fitted bay by bay at the old site, labelled for re-fit sequencing, and transported flat-packed to avoid frame distortion, then re-fitted to plan at the new site. Bay spacing and upright positions are confirmed before de-fit begins so re-fit runs to schedule.
