Yes, while we are fully insured, accidents can occur. We highly recommend customers purchasing their own goods in transit insurance for complete control over contents they wish to include and excess fee that may be applicable in case of claims. Having your own insurance in place gives you added peace of mind.

Our standard package includes a 4.5-tonne truck with dimensions of approximately 4.1m x 2.1m x 2m. This package is suitable for most short-distance moves. We can also offer more capacity where required through larger vehicles or a combination of two trucks with removalists to ensure all your belongings are moved swiftly and safely. 

Items that cannot fit through doorways or are too heavy should be disassembled to facilitate smooth loading and unloading.
